Nando's Sancardia — Restaurant in Gauteng

The service is really poor. Twice my food (livers ) were burned, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. they are not in the habit of telling customers how long their orders will take. Today after i had waited for 15 minutes for my order, i was informed they're going to switch the gas on and it will take another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. when i protested the manager came because i wanted to either change or cancel the order. But the manager isn't convincing. They told me the order was ready while she was trying to refund me, but i was not satisfied with the whole thing, I blessed a homeless person with the food. I wouldn't have been able to eat it. Probably those livers were under cooked, we will never know. but the service is...

I visited the place again today 09/02/2020 the service I got from the lady by the name of Lucia was very poor.i politely asked for extra sauce and she was furious ddnt speak to me in a proper manner,Telling me hows shes doing me a favour by giving me the extra sauce Ended up not giving me the extra sauce as I asked. Its happening for the second time. The last time I asked for extra sauce they ddnt puy it..I had to go again the following morning as it was already late. Am no longer visiting the place never again. My experience there wasn't nice on both occasions but...

WOW!I As soon as I walked in I was greeted by cashie named Pretty.very friendly.😁I explained I want chicken livers but not peri-peri as I don't like spicy food.Pretty said sure and recommended other flavours.I choose the lemon and herb .she was so patient with me😁 and sure knows her stuff!! The service was good!Did not have to wait long for my order and the food was hot fresh and delicious!😁Also have to give compliment to Eunice the supervisor.she was so respectful😁I will definitely recommend this Nando's branch and come buy...
