Not recommended for drive through,the lady who took my order is good she explains properly to the customer and the lady who hand over my food I asked her, sauce is sufficient in my food.She told me, do you need extra sauce i said no and explain her my experience with this Nando's store sometimes the Cook forget to pour sauce. She told me in my food there is normal amount of sauce is present. I trust her without checking myself after 5 to 7 minutes i am at my home pour my half chicken to my serving plate surprise my half chicken is full dry after pouring the paper bag not a single drop is coming down. At that moment my hungry stomach and my displeasure mind said to throw this food to bin,but luckily my wife gave me Nando's sauce She kept in the fridge long before. Moral of my whole story: Don't trust these Nando's staff they are trained in such a way to cheat the customer if Nando's need more money we customer willing to pay more for the quality not to compromise...
Read moreThe most horrific experience. I ordered online and went to the store to collect. The lady made me stand in the queue with people that were ordering food. I was bewildered cos I had already ordered. I approached her after a good few minutes. She then removed me from the queue and checked if my order was ready. She assured me my order was ready and all in order. I insisted that the order be checked. She then realised the rolls were not packed. I had to wait for the rolls. I went to my car with my supposedly complete order when my daughter realised the 1/4 chicken was missing. I had to go back to the store. The lady that served me was apparently a manager who was too busy to sort out the stuff up. I waited again for the missing item. I will never go back. On the last occasion I was there, however, I ordered my food from the drive-through window and waited perhaps 30-35 minutes until I reached the window to collect my order, only for them to tell me they had run out of the ordered item and gave me an option of replacement, which I didn't want. After placing a new order, I was sort of left there at the window not knowing if I should go park and wait but ended up waiting another 10 minutes with a long queue behind also waiting. Not sure if the specific product ran out while I waited or if they shouldn't have let me place my order, but in the 30 minutes of waiting someone could've been sent to update the order to keep the queue moving and ended up...
