The food at this nandos branch is always well prepared. I've been here quite a few times and I was never ever disappointed. The best dish to order is the quarter chicken with chips and a garlic Portuguese roll. The flavor must be hot (it can be too hot for some, in which case, go for lemon and herb instead). You must specify that it must be well done with extra sauce and the chips must be spiced with their peri peri spice. Order a parinaise dip on the side and you will walk away from a hearty meal. Their chicken strips with rice is also really delicious. I usually order it hot with extra feta cheese and pineapple. I once ordered it with haloumi cheese. However, the portion size of the haloumi cheese was very little and disappointing. From my personal experience, if you going to be ordering haloumi cheese, order it seperate on the side and not part of your meal. On a day when you just need something light, their chicken strips with a Portuguese roll is the best in my opinion. It's light and that sauce that they make the strips in is awesome. On Wednesday I bought half chicken with chips from the same franchise at Westgate mall at the amount of R79 but today two days down the line same staff,same quantity was sold to me at R92,is that fair? on top of that the broucher still has R79,and I asked the cashier she couldn't explain the pricing too.

I told her about what I saw on the broucher she just couldn't explain anything,she just said is the price on the machine, I didn't want to make drama out of that but I am dissapointed on their service they rendering,is not like we all getting bonuses or we all employed.To me that is a day robbery and they need to comply with the rules and regulations,terms and conditions of the franchise.

Very bad service experienced on Sunday 10Apr22. Oreded through the AP. Went to collect as per the app time. When arrived systems were offline and could not retrieve my order number waited 15 minutes until back online than waited another 15 minutes for the cashier to assist as only one cashier was in use. When spoke to the manager stating how long I waited and why doesn't he open another cashier, he says we only have one cashier and can wait. Told him Oreded online and just to pay and collect, he didn't even bother to say me anything else but rather went back to the drive thru service. Didn't even appologise for the inconvenience caused. Other customers also were upset in the service of this store. It seems that this store is only worried about revenue than service to their customers. Have photos as well.
