The voucher was shady: hand written on an empty envelope No terms and conditions explained When I redeemed the voucher, a 10% service fee was charged but when I got out to leave I was told that in future I must pay a compulsory R100 tip for the waiter, where is the service fee going to?? Our waiter said we could leave with takeaways and he packed them nicely for us but when we were about to leave, we were told that we couldn’t leave with any takeaway as voucher holders and none of this was explained from the get go or written anywhere Jager bombs cost R129 on the menu we were given but on their system it cost R149 and they charged us the system price and not the price we initially saw. Why aren’t menus updated along with prices?? No manager was sent to us to explain procedures and all, a waiter instructed us to give our waiter the takeaways since we couldn’t finish our food and unopened drinks. How come the waiter is allowed to leave with our takeaways and we’re not??
