Roman's Pizza Brooklyn — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today I was craving take-aways and stopped at Romans Brooklyn. I was chased away by parking attendants for parking in the parking provided for customers without even asking. They must have assumed I was a delivery guy. Little did they know I was rated by Google as the top 10% reviewers for restaurants. A big guy from Romans went out to speak to the parking guy and before ordering I followed, but they seemed like friends and tried to downplay the mistake. I totally lost my appetite and decided to leave never to return again. There are many other good fast-food places who need business in a steep declining economy. I ended up getting amazing BGR Burgers around the corner from a friendly Lerato who helped me get my appetite back with funny remarks. Please don't offer a copy-paste apology or ask me help you imptove your business by filling out forms or offer me any free pizza. My post is to infirm others who don't need to have their appetites destroyed on a Friday. I guess Beers go better with BGR Burgers than...

Ordered pizza online last night. After an hour, I phoned the shop and ask what the status of my order were, then they said the driver already left with my order but they will call him and find out where he is. After another 30 min, not hearing anything back from them and no pizza at my door, I phoned the shop again and another person picked up the phone. The then said the same thing, the driver already left with my order but they will phone him and find out where he is. Again, they did not call me back and another 30 min later I received my order, cold! So it took exactly 2 hours to deliver pizza and when I finally received it, it was cold. If I have not payed with my card when I ordered the pizza, and not being so hungry, then I would not have taken the pizza.

I will not order feom them again. And I will never pay when I place the order, I would rather pay when they get...

We always order from this Roman's and have always had awesome service and pizza.... But lately it has been terrible! The staff can't follow instructions, I asked tonight to please have my order ready by 19h50 and not to make it to early so that it is still warm, well we just got ice-cold pizza that looks and tastes like it was made yesterday... The last while the pizza is either burnt or has zero toppings or is cold. .. I see the other reviews are similar and the owners don't take the time to answer either. Maybe time to find another...
