My daughter and I were the only customers in the restaurant on Wednesday, it was quiet. We placed our order with the cashier who immediately notified the kitchen staff. After a few minutes the cashier realised the order was not attended to and had to go to the kitchen to ask them to attend to our order. When the order was ready it was left in the kitchen unattended. My daughter then told the cashier that if the kitchen staff does not want to work to serve us then she must cancel the order. The cashier then called for the kitchen staff, a very grumpy woman then puts the pizzas into the boxes and cuts them very haphazardly and passes it to the counter. The cashier had just taken a call , so she asked the cleaner who was busy cleaning chairs which I witnessed to hand over our order. The cleaner without washing her hand handed our order to us. When questioned about hygiene she lied that she washed her hand before touching our order, it didn't take a second for her to give us our order when she was asked by the cashier. When my daughter opened the first box to check if it is the correct order, one slice of the pizza was toppings down in the box. Read moreI do not normally write reviews, however this experience left me disappointed to say the least as I frequent this franchise and I had never experienced this. The staff was extremely rude I stood in the queue waiting for to be assisted and the team kept walking past me no acknowledgement. Which I understood because they were handing out orders, however when they did start to assist people Naledi walked passed me and started assisting the gentleman behind me (and yes he was ....). Everyone around me stared in confusion including the gentleman over the counter who seemed to be busy with paperwork. I opted to leave because I was not about to get into a back and forth with someone who clearly lacks basic front of house training. Read moreI called in to place an order, after giving the lady my number 3 times and my name, she kept asking me for my number over and over again and refused to let me place an order or talk to a manager to complain about the awful service.
This is ridiculous, this person waisted more than 4 minutes asking the same thing over and over again.
Zero training is given to their staff, and they have lost my business as far as I am concerned, incompetence is just as bad as bad food!
