Roman's Pizza Fordsburg — Restaurant in Gauteng

The staff is extremely unfriendly and irritable. The food you order doesn't get brought to where you're seated anymore, you have to go to the counter and get it yourself (this isn't what happens at a "restaurant"). In fact, in my opinion, it isn't a restaurant anymore. This place, including the seating area is really dodge and not the same under new management at all. I went there for iftaar this afternoon and the owner took old and dry dates with his BARE HANDS and put it in my mother's hands with no serviette, NOTHING. and told us to "share the 3 dates" amongst 4 people and I found that so disgusting and unappealing. I have been a supporter of the establishment for about 2-3 years now as I found the food of much better quality than other franchises and unfortunately I had my first bad experience. I ordered 3 large pizza's and two were just not it! On one chicken pizza for some reason all I could taste were onions and there were barely any chicken on it ... I am so disappointed, I ordered Pizza for R163 on uber eats, I did not receive my order last night. Tried calling Romans there was no answer when I called in the morning the person told me we ordered for Pick up and as far as I am concerned we ordered for delivery. He said we cannot get our Pizza we ordered and that they threw away our order.
