We ordered only a buddy Fanta, But were billed a 2 liter Coke zero and asked to pay. And when collecting food, they only gave us a 2 liter fanta. Only when inquired, we were given a refund. I am not sure how many bills get added additional . We asked for a Pizza without Pressed Beef and we were very disappointed to find beef on our pizza. This is very seriously affecting our sentiments & beliefs Last but not the least, we ordered a Garlic bread supreme only to find it burnt and bitter. Only solace was we got a replacement.

Read more@Romans Pizza San Ridge, help me understand something please, what's the point of calling in to collect being told order will be ready in 15-20 mins, getting there in 40 mins, meaning there was an extra 20 mins to confirm the order internally.
Just to get there and be told the order wasn't processed and I'll have to wait another 15-20 mins.
