After arriving at 6: 30pm for our reservation... We waited almost 15 minutes to get a drinks order placed... Another 20 minutes later we managed to place our starter and main meal order due to the fact that we couldn't get the attention of the staff ... 30 minutes later our starter arrived... With no utensils or crockery to eat off of.. please note there were four of us.... When we ordered a second round of drinks we were asked if our original glasses could be used by the bar as they did not have enough glasses.... By 8.30 ... We had to get up from the table to try and find someone to decipher where our food was.... When it finally arrived at 8:45 it was the wrong order for two of our party.... And of the four of us only one actually enjoyed their meal.... To make matters worse when the bill arrived we found out that not only was it not our bill as they had handed it to somebody else... Our order on the system had been mixed up and several items had been added to the bill that were not what we had ordered..... After several complaints to the manager who was nowhere to be seen during all of this... He worked out our bill on his cell phone calculator from the menu in order for us to settle our account and as restitution offered us a chocolate samosa in apology.... I will never eat at a simply...

Just left Simply Asia Hobart centre....food was amazing. There was a 50% off sushi special as well as the mon-fri buy one get a second dish 50% off. Food was really good ordered sushi starter and a 6 piece combination platter. Ordered a 309 beef rice, black pepper beef rice, 514 with noodles and prawn, green curry pesto chicken noodles. Then finished off with the fried bananas and ice cream. I ordered mild and medium flavour profiles. Service and food was really great had an enjoyable evening, restaurant was relatively busy. Worst service ever!! I left in tears and my date night was almost ruined if it was not for my amazing husband. I'm allergic to quite a few things and simply asked for a few things to be removed as I know they make their food from scratch. The manager did not even come see me to try make a plan.
