Fishaways Grosvenor Crossing — Restaurant in Gauteng

Order was placed via Fishaways on line system. Order was placed at 11:13AM and only delivered at 13:00PM. Phoned and spoke with the Fishaway manager who was not helpful, told me that because we are a distance away that is the reason for it being so late. We are based in Paulshof they in Grosvenor Crossing Centre which even if they had to have walked would not have taken them the time. I had to keep phoning. The branch manager promised to phone me back in ten minutes to following if his driver had been there, which never happened. I had to keep phoning him. When the food did arrive it was cold and the excuse was he got lost and that his branch had given him the incorrect information. Not great service for first time...

Terrible experience. With staff including the manager who that no professionalism and training on customer service. I went there at 2pm, paid for my order and sake the cashier Nosipho to have it ready by 3:30pm for pick up. Returned at 3:30, my order was not even started. No apologies by the manager. If you are the owner reading this...

I buy their Family Platter and extra large chips at least 3 times a week from this place. Lately my extra large chips size has been reduced to extra small and inside the box (combo chips) they're smaller than the normal size.

You could swear they dividing the extra large chips I add with in 2 portions for the combo and for the extra large...
