Steers Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

This happened in December 2020, but unfortunately its the worst service i have received in over a year. Ordered via Mr Delivery for collection, i get to the till i give them my order number, and the guy and lady at the till didnt want to take it saying they were busy, instead they gave me a form to fill in my id number and cell number which I refused. I asked why am i doing this and the gentleman kept on forcing me to right and didnt want to explain why. Eventually I was losing my cool and one of the ladies came and asked what's going on and I gave her my order number only to find that my food has been sitting on the collection shelf the whole 30 minutes I was being tossed around by this gentleman only if they had bothered to stop and listen, by the way, I was the only customer at the collections till.

I used to recommend this specific steers, but not anymore. Rudeness is not appreciated and the gentleman (shona speaking) is the reason I will never visit this steers ever again.

Horrible service at this steers outlet, they don't even deserve a 1 star rating . I went through a drive through to buy food for my family, and upon arriving at home I noticed one of the item was incorrect - they had given me Cappy Orange juice instead of Cappy Apple juice. I phoned them so that they give me the correct juice, and to my surprise they did not want to take responsibility. At first they told me that it does not show on the slip of which I told them that is a lie because it is written on the slip. Then secondly they changed the story to be the issue of the delivery guy of which I told them that I came through the drive through so that was a lie. Thirdly, they changed the story to no Cappy Apple juice available in store. It is so disgusting that in the present day we still have employees who can lie to...

This is now the fourth time we order from this particular steers and all four times there was some form of problem with the food. First two times the ice cream was melted when it arrived. The third time the food took so long it was cold. Today half the order wasn't given to the driver. I can forgive one maybe two mishaps. But FOUR!! I will never use them again, not direct and not via über...
