I've never experienced worse customer service, at any restaurant in my life, than at Steers Engen Hatfield.
I was shuttled to a guest house for the night, and therefore unable to transport myself. So I decided to order from Steers online.
Among my order was a milkshake, which they were unable to make, since the machine was broken. So I asked for it to be substituted with a Coke instead.
And for some reason, the rudest, most incompetent operater I've ever encountered, didn't understand the request, and flat out refused to do so.
She hung up on me multiple times, and refused to have my food delivered. She said she'll release my order without the milkshake, and that I could pick up the milkshake the next day (when I would no longer be there, as I was flying somewhere else that day).
I asked for the manager, but he was absent. So I asked for his number, and she gave me the wrong one.
3 hours later, I received my food, after having to contact the Steers helpline multiple times. Steers Engen Hatfield even told the helpline operater to mind her own business. What sort of employee does that!?

Then she said its in the garage shop. I went to the garage shop and they said they had put up new signage and the certificate was in the office. I was taken to the office by a gentleman who assured me that there was no pork served there. In the office I met a man with a beard who said no problem, he will show me the certificate in the garage shop!
