Your manager is DISGUSTING!!!! Disgusting treatment from the manager! We went to Bedford Village today and then we wanted to sit and have coffee because I had my 3 month old baby with me and she needed to have a bottle. Tashas was very busy so there was a bit of a wait. There were 2 ladies ahead of me who were waiting and then I was next in line. The 2 ladies got seated and then a few minutes later another table opened up do I assumed we were going to be seated there. Then the lady who was behind me got seated and I said to the manager that I was there first and he ignored me. I then told the other manager that this was unacceptable as I had been waiting and he said to me "yes I know mam I agree with you". He them said something to the other manager, but still nothing was done. I then went inside and asked to speak to a supervisor and then this rude manager came to me and do I said I do not want to speak to him, I would like to speak to his boss as what he did was Disgusting and unacceptable. He then said to me "you can go complain to whoever you want, nothing will be fine because everything goes through me anyway"... I am completely disgusted and will never support Tashas again if this is the type of staff the have working there.... really...

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ms. Dokas during our recent visit. From the moment my wife and I walked in, she immediately approached us with a warm welcome and a genuine smile that set a positive tone for the entire evening.

Her friendly demeanor and light, engaging small talk made us feel instantly comfortable and valued as guests. Throughout our dining experience, she was incredibly anticipative, attending to our needs even before we had to ask—always humble, kind, and professional.

The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor, beautifully presented, and truly worth the price. Kudos to the chef for such a delightful culinary experience.

Ms. Dokas is without a doubt an asset to the organization. Her natural hospitality and customer-first attitude made our evening extra special. Staff like her elevate the entire dining experience. We look forward to coming...

I regularly visit Tashas on account of a client being conveniently nearby. On my last visit I arrived rather early, so they were still preparing the restaurant. I then sat outside, waiting for the interior space to be ready.

It turned out that I ended up waiting about an hour for the client to arrive, but it took almost all this time to get service, even after I moved inside.

Eventually, after asking for the manager, from yet another staff member that looked me right in the eyes but just walked by, I was noticed.

The manager was quick to apologise, my client arrived, and all was well after. Besides this initial issue, I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the company.

I don't consider the oversight to have been intentional, and I would still recommend them highly. I prefer them mainly because they're pet friendly. I consider this proof that the owners are good people, capable of accepting anyone - even pawed patrons!
