The Perfect Cup — Restaurant in Gauteng

I discovered "The Perfect Cup", in the course of my work, one day, and completely unexpectedly. I must say, they truly have an appropriate name. I've since returned a few times, and the coffee is, without exception, always perfect. I've yet to find a more satisfying cup of coffee anywhere, and Bongani, the barista's, skill is evident in every sip. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming, and a real break away spot from the constant bustle of the average workday. Michelle the owner is a breath of fresh air, always friendly and smiling. Highly highly highly recommend this venue, to anyone, at anytime. If it were possible, this is where I'd choose to wake up and enjoy my first coffee...

I was treated to breakfast and a sweet treat. What a nice setting and trendy setup. The place looked very inviting and charming. What a good selection of food - I ended up ordering the following :-

Half Breakfast which consisted of the following 1 egg, 2 rashers of bacon, tomato, toast and jam. Delicious – the plate was clean no need to wash 😊

The sweet treat order was a Bar One Banana & Ice Cream pancake. Pancakes were super soft, fluffy and melt in mouth pancakes. Truly delicious - Loved it.

Overall a decent pocket-friendly place serving a good range of tasty savoury and sweet treats with a decent menu for full eating. Will for sure...

The Perfect Cup. The best coffee in Johannesburg. Located at Shop 15, Parkview Centre, 54 Tyrone Ave, Parkview. The Perfect Cup offers breakfast, sandwiches, light meals, Cappuccino, cakes and desserts. Their menu is affordable and nutritious. This place is beautiful and what I love about this place is the love of the community. It's a community based place. Their friendly and incredible staff.
