A place where one can order their meat of choice and it is braaied for you as you wait. When a customer is treated friendly, then any other issue is minor. They have, in my opinion, the best dombolo I have tasted. Soft, well prepared and fluffy. Their mea and wors is delicious, weighed on a scale before the braai. Other options are available too, for there is a menu available for different other food they serve. Alcohol is served and drank on site. There is good music, and a projector to look at. Read moreSo delicious! We selected from the pre-cooked options instead of the braai. We had beef stew, quarter chicken (omg the flavor!), wors (amazing flavor although a little bit of gristle). The chakalaka and beet salad were also favorites, plus the dombolo. We're foreign, so I can't say whether the food is amazing based on South African standards except that the place was recommended to us by two locals who go often and it was pretty busy when we got there. I bought second time around last week Sunday, this time around I bought beef stew, literally 2 tiny pieces of meat and some veggies, the flavours were okay though, the spinach was flavourless and dry, the samp dry and pure white, no effort at all in making their food.
