I am writing to acknowledge my mistakes in this matter. Firstly, I was in error to have placed an order while being outside of your stated 6km delivery radius. Additionally, I was wrong to have made negative comments about your food without having actually received or consumed it.

Regarding the outstanding refund amount, I reiterate that every cent matters to me, and I expect the full remaining amount of R17.70 to be refunded. I expected a prompt payment, and if this payment was going to take more than a day, it would have been reasonable to notify me accordingly. Transparency in your payment processing times would have managed my expectations and avoided unnecessary frustration.

Upon receipt of this amount, I will delete this review too,and replace it with a new review reflecting our resolution. In this new review, I will urge the public to continue supporting your business and acknowledge that we have come to a mutually satisfactory agreement. I will rate your business 4 stars, indicating our successful resolution.

They have these amazing jug specials during the week and on weekends but I usually come here with friends for after work drinks. On my recent visit however, I went there on a date night. Their staff is nice and friendly but they could work on their communication to each other about which tables are booked and which aren't. I decided to try some of their cocktails, I had a pineapple margarita which was a okay but lacked that kick, my partner tried their long island and wasn't too happy about that either. I then tried their Ol' Fashion (which i'm a big fan of) and I give it a 3/5. The food however is really good and appetizing, we had a half/half pizza, the one half was a Feta, Avo and bacon mix and the other half was beef strips, pepperdews, green pepper, onion and sweet chilli sauce (it was as much as a mouth full as that description :)). As we know with any business, service is what sells! I am very big on good service delivery. I expect good service because in my field of work it’s what I give. I am a regular costumer at Topio (generally just take-always) as it’s a quick stop on my way home from work. However, today (Sunday afternoon) I popped in to sit down and have a pasta meal. I was told to wait as downstairs were reasonably busy, waiter checked upstairs for a table then directed me upstairs. Upon sitting at a table, upstairs waiter asked me how many people are joining - I told him I was by myself. He then told me all tables are reserved - I explained to him I was directed to a table upstairs but he kept to his word.
