Vida e caffe 1st Floor Simmonds St (main till). Stood more than 5mins with the queue building up. Only one till open and the person manning the only open till has zero sense of urgency. I finally got my coffee and was then still waiting for my toasted sandwich that hadn't gone on to the toaster yet. When I finally got to my desk and opened my sandwich the contents (ham and cheese) were stone cold i.e. Bread on the outside barely toasted and heat hadn't reached the inside. In short it was disgusting!
