KFC Gandhi Square — Restaurant in Gauteng

If I could rate the service 1star than I would. I received a pathetic service at KFC Ghandi Square from a lady by the name Lufuno. First they don't have name tags and secondly they are very rude. I ordered on the designated order stations and paid by card at the end it asked for my cellphone number of which I entered it and got a sms with my order number and link to my receipt. I waited and they called out my order number which is 1369 got there and showed her the sms on my cell phone. She said where is the receipt I showed her my phone and said here is the receipt. She said thats not a receipt and you where supposed to fetch it at the till. I told her that it said do I want to collect the receipt or enter my cell phone number for receipt to be smsed of which I did. She shouted me and said noooo it did not. She put my order away and continued to serve other customers. I asked for a manager Nondumiso and she said the same thing that her colleague said Lufuno. By the way no name tags and she asked for my order number I gave her and she gave me my food. I'm veryyyyyy disappointed in this level of service and have never experienced such I always order from Rosebank and Kenilworth KFC and have never been asked for a receipt. The smoothie machine was not working. The coffee mavhine nit working also and when i asked for water, i also couldnt get it. The cashier deliberately sosnt put my mojito on a receipt but charged for it and when i asked she told me not to worry as my drink is being prepared. When i insisted on a receipt for my mojito, she rang it on the next customer who was buying a mojito and gave me her receipt. I think the cashier steals money on items that cant be counted like a drink... and then they had a rude dirty guy at the toilets who wanted a receipt before one could enter the toilet. I.was pressed and couldn't go on a 10 person que before using the toilet... it was a horrible...

The quality of chicken that is used at kfc ghandi square is bad. Noticed this some time towards end of 2023 ,and assumed it was a that day only. Only to find out this is a reoccurring thing. Im saying this because i stay in Ghandi square and i use this store frequently as it is close by. The quality of chicken is sickening. The taste of the "Kentucky fried chicken" is never the, cant taste a single "famous spice" like the other stores . The only thing i enjoy from all their meals are the dunked wings. If i want meat (chicken potions) i have to go to carlton center. Even their burgers and foldovers always dry. I am tired of buying...
