Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly disrespectful. I clearly ordered an iced strawberry matcha and even emphasised that I wanted it cold. My friend ordered the same and also specified cold. Despite this, we were both served hot drinks. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member raised her voice and publicly embarrassed us, insisting I was wrong. I didn’t want to argue, so I just walked away.

Honestly, I’ve never felt so disrespected over something so simple. I won’t be ordering...

So disappointed in the quality and standard of this stall. I bought an espresso lemonade but I received a ton of ice with a splash of lemonade ,within three sips the beverage was finished…what world is this???

It was also presented to me in a sticky and leaky cup. The lady just shoved a tissue at me while the beverage was leaking from the top.

Only go here if you are desperate for disappointment
