I was so delighted when I walked in here. The art fed me dopamine for the day. South African landscape artists on display to feed your eyeballs. Gorgeous. Add to that great service, tasty eats and ambience for days. This is worth a stop over. We had a toasted chicken sandwich on sourdough bread, but I could not post a picture. And this was my only negative. I was taking pics of the art, to share with you, when I was told that all photographs are prohibited. I was not violating anybody's privacy and the photos of the art I took is not reproducible as fake copies, but I was not asked about what I was doing, just told that I must stop. Read moreI’ve been buying what I used to call the best Chocolate Cake in the World from Vovotela. The Cakes Before ? They were Moist, Airy and Chocolatey, each bite would just melt in one’s month. The last two slices I’ve gotten have been the polar opposite of that. The sponge is dry and flaky. Not sure if the chef has changed or the ingredients have.
