I hate to make this about race but I had it with the staff there!! When it’s white people they offer amazing service and go the extra mile but when it’s people of colour they don’t care they know we don’t really complain…
I asked for Stoney Zero I got Coke Zero, only saw this when I got to the car simply because the cups were too full and spilling all over, I went back and told them that they got my drink wrong… the staff at the back shouted (Aibo we also make mistakes) right in front of me, they kept going back and forth with the people in front… a guy at the back said to the lady awume kancane (just wait a bit) as if what they are doing is right I should accept it…. You make mistakes with who’s money?
They were so rude I swear they were directing the message to me because they were looking out that small...

They never pick up the phone, I've tried phoning to place an order ahead (a few times before) So this one day I had to get gas and I stood in the Engen shop looking towards the wimpy Corder There 4 pole behind the counter 1 was busy with a customer the other was talking to the kitchen (assuming regarding orders) the other 2 where standing around So as I can see the I decided to phone just out of curiosity, perhaps their phone isn't working then that explains everything True as bob the phone rings and rings and rings and no one can give a rats

Was in the area 3 days consecutively and we got breakfast and lunch here everyday!
On our dine in breakfasts we received excellent, fast service, we were served by Merlin who was simply a breath of fresh air! He was accommodating and very attentive! He was very sweet and had a super infectious laugh! The food was great… coffee needs some attention as it was a bit bitter, the staff were so eager to rectify the problem so I don’t want them to lose points on that!
For lunch we ordered delivery and the food came relatively fast, the veggie burger was delicious! They forgot our drinks the one day and they came back to deliver them...
