Subject: Incident at KFC Branch - Compromised Dining Experience
To whom it may concern
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent visit to your KFC branch located on Courtney Street in George.
Myself and a friend visited your establishment for dinner. Regrettably, our dining experience was compromised when a stranger, who appeared to be in need, approached our table and demanded food. Feeling intimidated and uncomfortable, my friend decided to offer his meal to the individual. While we understand the importance of helping those in need, we were surprised that the security personnel did not intervene or address the situation, particularly when it impeded upon our personal space and safety.
Subsequently, I approached the counter and kindly asked one of the staff members if they could provide my friend with another meal. The lady who came forward identified herself as the manager. However, her response to our request was disheartening. She seemed dismissive and stated that no additional meal would be offered. She even went so far as to suggest that we voice our concerns on social media if we were dissatisfied with the outcome.
As patrons of your establishment, we believe it is essential for KFC to create a safe and pleasant dining environment for all customers. Encountering such a distressing situation has left my friend emotionally and traumatically affected, which was not the experience we expected from a reputable establishment like KFC.
We understand that incidents like this may occur occasionally, but we hope that immediate corrective action will be taken to ensure that all patrons are treated with respect, and the safety and comfort of customers are prioritized.
We kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could offer my friend a gesture of goodwill to help restore his faith in the safety and hospitality of your establishment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope that you will address the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to improve the overall experience of dining at KFC in George.
Looking forward to hearing from you...
Read moreWhat do i like about it? Nothing. I waited 10mins in the drive through line to get a twister that had 2chicken strips and last week's tomato on and the lady forgot to give my drink! Then i stood in a line for 15mins to speak to a manager who made me wait another 10mins to figure out what to do about my complaint. While their average drive and wait through line was nearing 10 to 12 mins there is still no manager in sight? I thought it stopped there, but another 5min passed and the lady who seems to be the manager on duty hands me a replacement wrap and my drink from yesterday. Got home and decide i'm going to open my twister to look at the replacment, the better, the fresh twister! My mind was blown discovering that the 2 half slices of tomato looked fresh, less chicken than the first complained about twister and lovely brown lettuce! I wanted to take it back so badly, but decided I'm not going to waste another 30mins of my life in that place! Sorry kfc. But you won't be...
Read moreWhat this KFC lacks in its old design and lack of power points, it more than makes up with a good manageress and pleasant staff. One of the older woman, more a cleaner is a clandestine beggar though. Watch out for her sob-stories. The reality is far from the truth and the gratitude is quickly forgotten. You've been warned, so don't get distressed if your good heart gets trampled on. Food preparation here is amongst the best I know from my travels around our country. Again the manageress is astute but so willing to help for the unusual, to the point of personally delivering some meal after closing the kitchen down. That statement is not intended to get her into trouble. It is because of her that I'd drive further just to...
