Steers — Restaurant in Goodwood

Very bad experience.. I called ahead and ordered over the phone. I was told to collect In 15 minutes. Came extra 10 minutes late to make sure when I arrive, the order is done. When I arrived, I was told my order was not rung up, as they forgot, keep in mind that I received an sms that it was accepted. They then said I can't get fries due to loadshedding, however when I called it was well into loadshedding, so why didn't they tell me then. The staff were fighting and arguing. There was a lot of shouting that customers just walked out. I was about to leave then the lady said she can make my burgers now, I agreed, got in the car and as I drove off felt the burgers and they were all cold.. very pathetic and will advise everyone...

I am not sure if this is something new to steers or if they’re just taking advantage but I don’t see how it’s okay for Drivers to come from outside after a delivery just place there helmets on the counter and start handling food. Not sanitising or washing there hands. How is this okay. They aren’t wearing any uniform so I do assume they are not employees of Steers. It took me a quite a while to place my order because the people who are actually working there are busy serving and no one was on the till but a delivery guy. Who also didn’t assist us because he was too busy looking for his orders on all 3 the tills. Bear in mind it was only 2 people waiting in the queue. How is...

Have had good experience with all steers but this one is the worst. Being my favorite stop when am travelling l feel discouraged now because of this branch. The management is just poor no customer service knowledge at all. She was sitting in front when l wanted service. Waited 10 minutes for a lady to come from the back. Only to be told if am having only 2 ice creams l can not swipe l have to pay cash; and l asked what could be the reason and the lady said its the managers rule. I tried to get the managers attention but she ignored. Management like this are the reason why most franchisees are falling its not about Covid but people wants to feel the worthy of spending...
