Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food branch. Placed an order online for a simple wacky Wednesday special and a medium chips and went in to collect it, when I arrived I was ignored for the first 5 -10 minutes and then was told that my order had been lost when cashing up one of the tills. They put through my order again and then I waited for over 30 minutes for them to get my order ready (an hour from when I placed the order online) and for some reason people who were coming in after me and placing orders were receiving their orders before mine. Absolutely ridiculous. The food proceeded to be overcooked and there was garnish when I requested there not to be. I don’t think I’ll be back to that branch which is a shame because the petrol station...

What I dislike about this steers is when ever I go there is a massive long waiting period and you will be 100 percent sure you will find a lady sitting in the engine office next to the steers, almost 5 times I’ve gone to steers the teller has had to call a lady from that office. today I ordered my food and it took forever to get it. The guy who takes the orders is very nice but he is one person there should be someone packing food there should be more effort from kitchen staff to get food out fast. And no one should be sitting around when there is a long line of customers . Honestly looks like no manager is present on a Sunday so wouldn’t recommend going on a Sunday if...

Worst service experienced ever at any Steers. 7pm with only one cashier that is making milk shakes instead of taking orders. Waited 10min and walked out without even having placed the order. Called the manager and he wasn't interested. Absolutely no idea about customer service....
