Worst service ever. Ordered online to collect order at 17:30. On arriving at 17:28, the order was not ready and not logged on the system. I showed the order number on my cellphone and the cashier took my phone and walked to the kitchen area and another took my phone from her and when I complained about all the people handling my phone without gloves, I was told I must wait for exactly half past five to be told if my order was ready. The order was paid already online. I took my phone and showed the cashier it was 17:32 and she ignored me and called another customer to assist. At 17:40 I asked what is the problem, because orders are going out , but mine is not ready. One of the kitchen staff shouted loudly, tell Her orders take minimum of 15minutes. I was very angry, because the small waiting area was shoulder to shoulder full and no social distancing at all my order was processed online at 15:45 for collection at 17:30. I asked for order to be canceled and full refund and then suddenly another cashier said, why is the customer waiting when the order is ready.?    Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received yesterday. I ordered 2 salads online. My son went inside to collect the food. While he is making the payment he heard your employees discussing him as well as that they could do with the change of the money that was given back to him. The griller at the back were communicating with the lady behind the counter, there was another lady passing by the shop front and she was also discussed by the size of her pants. This is very uncomfortable to wait for food and everyone else gets discussed. The main reason for my complaint is that none of your employees knew my son can speak their language and understands it very well. He kindly replied to them and they were shocked with his reaction. As a paying customer I expect a level of proffesionalism and discretion from your staff. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your company and erodes trust with your clients. Seemed as though left overs from the weekend had been finely grated and used. Amply camouflaged with some kind of distasteful sauce. Our dinner went straight into the refuse binn. And my money down the drain. Shop staff were loud and noisy and shouting. One other customer in the shop, beside myself. Seemed as if there was no supervision and certainly no quality control of any kind.
