Steers Whale Coast Mall — Restaurant in Overstrand Local Municipality

Very disappointed in the service. We ordered over the phone for collection, and arrived to find the order hadn't been placed. We then redid our order with the teller, and paid for what we thought was a king steer burger and cheese burger meal with a large and regular chips (what we ordered). We then received the bag, and noticed the chips weren't in the bag, I wished we checked the burgers too. When we got home we got a cheese burger and an original steers burger. When we phoned at 18h58 the women told us we made the incorrect order (check the recording please) and that we must come back the next day. Service was terrible!!! I have never met a more obnoxious and moody cashier!

We waited for 1 hour just to get our meal (2 burgers and 2 chips)

Me and my friend were scold out by the cashier because she assumed we were going to buy food together. Apparently we made our own line and pushed in when we were both just ordering seperate. *just to clarify, my friend and I have the same skin colour.

I am all for diversity and I love everyone.

I feel as I was not treated the same as the other people of different colour.

Been waiting for our order 3 people in the kitchen not working our burgers sitting in the bag and not one of the serving the chips. And this is not the first time. Our order was first to come out but received it last. In the meantime at the till the staff has to send the orders and make ice-cream before sending the big orders while 3 staff in the kitchen stand around and chat.
