Nando's Ushaka — Restaurant in Point

The service here was a bit wack, the lady who was taking our order just stood there minding her own business, very distracted when taking the order and we told her we’re eating in but it did not reflect on the bill (receipt) so we sat and waited and waited and waited for the food. When we asked the one who was serving she got mad (literally) like it was our fault that her coworker had made that minor error 🙄. Her attitude was really unpleasant, she even spilt my tea and didn’t bother to wipe the table. Only the chef was happy to be at work cause the food was amazing, so kudos to whoever was in the kitchen on Tuesday...

Was there yesterday, with my 81year old mother; cleaning service is good staff are wonderful Only complaint is that we ordered Lemon and Herb 1/4 chicken special; what we got was Lemon and Herb mixed with something which left a burning sensation around our mouths and had to keep on sipping Juice! Complained to the manager, even spoke to the manager but basically was completely ignored fell on deaf ears so had to keep on eating or go hungry !!!! Eat loads of Nandos with lemon and herb never experienced burning sensation before!! Will not eat or refer anyone there...

Bought at nandos uShaka today, full chicken with 2 sides for R299. Firstly waitress wasn't friendly and seemed out of it. Moved on to recieving my order, i checked again with the guys at the kitchen if they added extra sauce as requested as the packets weren't labeled special request. He reassured me. When i got home i opened the food the chicken is dry dry. This is utterly disappointing, the lack of attention to detail even after i asked u lie to my face. Ridiculous never visiting again.
