Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

I always get the worst experience here. Last time I made a mistake and gave the bad review to another branch and did not manage to rectify it. I ordered an hour earlier, I get there on the collections side and they all stare at me with attitude. The guy at the back continued to put pizza in the boxes and when the guy at the till was done, came over and helped a young girl who had just arrived. He looked at me with such a bad attitude, no name tag at all then when I showed him the order number on the phone he asked for my name and I told him. A lady came in and went to the till and she did look like she would have helped me and she also asked for my name. He then handed the food with his dirty look, no apologies whatsoever. The sercide here stinks. I am not sure if these people are overworked or don't appreciate their jobs at all but yoh, there's no customer...

The worst experience ever. It’s a pity my daughter is 300 km away from home and to buy her her favourite pizza I always have to go through this process of wondering if I will get her the pizza or will have to wait for my refund until I give up 🥹. What a distressing experience.

Placed the order at 15:07 and paid online at 16:30 I still haven’t received my order, no communication from the store at this point I can confirm that Debonairs customer service is the worst.

Why I ordered through their app and not through mr D baffles me because they did not deliver and said they had refunded me my money back which they didn’t and it’s 18 months later.

Can something be done about this pathetic customer service. My daughter is expecting pizza instead she’s getting...

I was at this location today and needless to say I will never step foot there again. To start the people working there were rude beyond comprehension. They were short tempered and clearly annoyed with everyone who stepped into the restaurant. Secondly, we placed our order at 13:07 and received our order at 14:15. After the extremely unnecessary wait they forgot some items of our food and when we politely asked about the missing items, the woman working behind the counter told us we’ll have to wait another 10 minutes.
