McDonald's Polokwane CBD — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

This McDonald's Polokwane like many McDonald's in the country is lovely to be in. It does not feel cramped and it is spacious. The food is just as good as the other McDonald's outlets. One of the remarkable things about the franchises is that, they all keep to the standard set by McDonald's. One does not find one franchise being completely off the mark in terms of service quality and food quality. With this specific McDonald's in Polokwane I would have to mention that they are not as fast paced as the other outlets one may have been to. The fast food restaurant has spoiled us in that we have now become accustomed to the fast service, so when one outlet is slightly slower one quickly notices it. Besides the time the service is great. The setting and sitting arrangements is also spacious, creative and creates a relaxed environment catering for both eat in customers and those that just want a seat while they wait for...

I rated it 2 stars because the food and the service is good . But I have a serious problem and fear buying at this McDonalds especially later in the evenings . The front and second door are flooded with those street people, I don't want to sound insensitive but they are scary and creepy . Imagine if one is passing by polokwane and wants to stop for a meal ...they wouldn't because of those people . Yes it might be difficult to control that but what i noticed with this McDonald's is that there is normally one security guard on duty ... guarding one door ...the other door on market Street does not have a security at all . The security guard is normally even inside not outside. So I'm sorry but this store is not safe especially at night so I'm not taking chances especially because those guys abused me with words for not tipping them after they claimed to have...

I was on lunch rushed to McDonald because I was craving big Mac,I got there and decided to order Double big Mac since I haven't had it before, but when I got to work to eat I found that they got my order wrong, instead of a double big Mac which I payed for they gave me big Mac and it was so dry I really didn't enjoy it but I had no choice but to eat it because my lunch was almost over.. was sad because I couldn't go back it's too far from my work, I tried calling the store but there was no answer. I just took my receipt plus the wrong order I got a pic for evidence , since I thought they might not trust me. can I get a refund because I paid for more than I got or how should I deal with this... because I don't think I will be able to go to the store...
