I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rocomamma's, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Tabitha, our waiter. From the moment we were seated, Tabitha went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Her warm greeting and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. She patiently guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all of our questions with enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients was impressive, and she took the time to accommodate any dietary restrictions we had.

Throughout the meal, Tabitha was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring that our glasses were filled and that we had everything we needed. Her timing was impeccable, and each course was served with precision.

What truly stood out, however, was Tabitha's genuine passion for hospitality. It was evident that she took pride in her work and genuinely cared about the experience of her guests. Her positive attitude and infectious smile were a highlight of our afternoon , and she truly made us feel like valued patrons.

I want to take a moment to commend the incredible team at Roco Mama's at Rand ParkRidge. I recently had an incident where I purchased a combo that didn’t quite meet my expectations. When I reached out to express my concerns, the staff handled it with such professionalism and care that I was truly impressed. Lawrence who gave me an amazing service when I went in to buy and handling my call complaint diligently.

The manager Koketso didn’t hesitate for a second—he immediately addressed the issue and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he suggest that I pick anything I liked from the menu, but he also personally delivered it to me. To my surprise and delight, he even included a waffle as a thoughtful bonus!

This act of generosity and the urgency with which they handled my query completely changed my perspective on RocoMamas. I initially thought I wouldn’t return, but their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction have won me over. I’m genuinely happy and beyond satisfied with the experience.

The waiters and staff were very enthusiastic and I cannot fault the service. The beer was on point and was the star of the meal.

Unfortunately for me I opted for the Burnett Burger, which had whisperings of a deluxe Rounder. Alas it was not to be, the chicken patty was as flat piece of rubber; as tough and tasty as Wayne van Niekerk's running shoes, after the Olympics. The bacon did little to save the burger merely adding to the tug-of-war my mouth had to endure.

Ultimately I was terribly disappointed as I had organised babysitters for the first time this month. Next time its Sushi, or steak, or Haggis - just anything but a Roccomommas' southern chicken burger!
