Thank you, all issues are being or have been addressed , so looking forward to resultant all around improvement! Also thank you for the new delicious monster plant, a great surprise.

Lawn is full of weeds, continuously mowed so short, so grass roots are exposed, killing it. No weeding ever done, in garden or on grass, no annual supply of topsoil let alone compost, shrubs continuously hacked back stunting growth, gardeners on site know very little and do not care. All in all have my exclusive garden and devastated to walk outside and see the damage done, the lack of caring for plants every time.

17 Nov 21 : your gardener has just cut back healthy leaves on my delicious monster plant that has developed fruit for the very first time!!!!!!!! So sure, have weeded now by pitching a fork into the ground, pulling the one lavender plant that has survived the cold and recovering, yet leaving all the other dead shoots that did not survive - clearly no understanding of gardening at all!!~! All agapanthas that have flowered and just about to bloom also lobbed off!!!!! Instruction from Andrew, I believe is, to cut anything that hangs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i Do not do anything in my garden again unless checking with me...
