Nando's Platinum Square Drive Thru — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

This store was out of stock with a number of the food items they advertise.

The till lady is the first person one sees when entering any fast food establishments, therefor this person /s should always be friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, must have exceptional knowledge about all products sold at the establishment, willingness & positivety should radiate from there attitude always. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT REWARD EVEN ONE OF THESE MUST'S TO THE YOUNG LADY WHOM ASSISTED US BY THE TILL THAT EVENING.

Furthermore I have no problem with any group of people whom has a bit of fun within the work place but it's uncalled for to have fun while there is customers waiting for there food, while the staff had fun ever so loudly. And let me now be straight forward, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP HAVING SUCH LOUD CONVERSATIONS WITH EACH OTHER!!! IT'S ONLY GOOD MANNERS & IT SHOWS THAT YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL HAS ETIQUETTE IF YOU CAN MAINTAIN A SOFT SPOKEN VOICE AT ALL TIMES. But not even this simplist of acts was followed by the staff.

And is it to much to ask that the "big last overall cleanup" for the day of the front of house to be done after operating hours. When there is no customers inside of the building & they cannot enter seeing that operating hours is over. It's very unprofessional to go around front of house mopping floors while customers is waiting for food or sitting and trying to enjoy a meal. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL SUCH DUTIES ONLY COMMENCE ONCE THE OPERATING HOURS FOR THE DAY IS OVER & THERE IS NO CUSTOMER WHOM CAN STILL ORDER.

Rustenburg has a lot of mines & the people works shifts & they do work later than usual. So if they then enter ur fast food restaurant exct an hour or even a half an hour before closing time it is still ur duty to serve them & serve them with friendly enthusiasm because ur working hours is on the hour not an hour before or half an hour before.

So unfortunately I have to say that this Nando's is shedding a very very bad lite on the Nando's brand. I will not visit this branch ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Hopefully the owner will be active after reading this comment & get his/her employee's up to standard because dear sir/madam at this stage they are making ur establishement look very very bad.

Lastly this is unfortunate to have no other option but to give this kind of rating because Nando's in my opinion has the best chicken by far, in fact the Nando's menu is a top notch menu when it comes to...

absolutely pathetic service. i placed an online order. after reaching my residence the order was not what i paid for and parts of the order was missing.i contacted the manager and he refused to help me. insisted i come back to the store which is a 40km trip. now customers must drive extra trips because the employees want to stand and talk stories with other employees instead of packing the orders correctly and the manager refuses to assist telling me i should consume the food. never again from...

Going to this Nandos is always a coin toss. You never know whether you will leave satisfied or get home disgruntled. The queues can be long and slow moving, at times even waiting up to 40 minutes + before you get through the drive through. Going inside you sometimes find loud music pumped into your ears and employees that prefer a chat over helping you. At the end of the day have patience and check your food before you leave as mistakes on orders are quite common, though lately at least less...
