This time it was a Saturday, but it seems that because I was there alone, the waiters ignored me for quite a while even walking right past me. I had to literally watch them and make eye contact and call them over with hand movements. I had Mushroom and Cheese Omlette - the extra toast isnt even real sourdough but super dry regular bread with no taste or gluten crunch just air. I actually couldn’t eat one slice. Also the cheese was overloaded - normally you add more mushrooms with just a bit of cheese as it quickly overwhelms the Omlette. They could also use a mixer to beat up the eggs a bit to make it fluffy because was flatter than...

I usually love the food and atmosphere here, but had a bad experience today.

I asked if they made an iced coffee with crushed ice for takeaway, which they did. I waited nearly 30 minutes and received an entirely melted "iced coffee" which was still luke warm at the bottom. It had no crushed ice.

I returned the coffee and explained what I wanted: a coffee with crushed ice. I then received a cup filled with crushed ice and milk, with barely any coffee in. It was frustrating enough for me to leave without any coffee or a refund.

Please work on your recipe and method. Blend the ice and coffee together, don't pour the hot coffee over pre-crushed ice. Offer to add sugar to the hot coffee as sugar does not easily dissolve in...
