The Sanctuary is extremely clean and neat. Walking in feels like you are entering into a fancy place. It is very spacious and not crowded and it is quiet and peaceful. There is a good variety of shops and restaurants here to suit your needs. If you feel like grabbing a takeaway coffee, there are a variety of choices, I recommend the Woolworths coffee. If you want to sit down and have something to eat, I suggest Jack and Jules as an all rounder in terms of catering- you can even plug in and do some work if you feel like a change of scenery. They can also cater to large groups, which is always a plus, and they are affordable. If you are looking for a gym to join, the Sanctuary has a virgin active, which is quite stylish and tasteful as well as more discrete. There is a store for pets, a Crazy Store and a Clicks with a clicks pharmacy here as well. What I love about the Sanctuary is that it also has a Copy Express - which comes in super handy for all your printing needs. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy. The Sanctuary seems safe and secure. If you feel the need to shop for other things like clothes or home goods, you can find a Mr Price home here and a Pick n Pay clothing store. There are many other stands and shops to choose from, including a pick n pay and a pick n pay liquor. Of course, if you prefer Woolworths groceries, you can find a small yet convenient Woollies which has a hot foods counter in the store. There is ample parking, in fact you can choose whether to park above ground or underground, your car will be safe. So if you are looking for a stress free shopping centre, come to the Sanctuary, you won't be disappointed! Enjoy the scenery...
Read moreIn view of the lack of Service in our Country I can not express myself enough with my digust in your Woolworths. The service or lack therof is becoming an issue. Every time I want to get a Thai Tea (my favourite) from your store, I have to wait for the person making the coffee or tea, then when she does arrive, she attends to one customer and because we were chatting assumed we together and left her workstation again, going to chat with the teller and on top of it all, makes herself comfortable lying with the top part of her body on the counter. The tellers are also very limited and not to talk about the staff platting each others hair after six at night when they think customers are not looking, whilst they packing the shelves. The manager of the store watched this morning when I got upset, but she prefered to ignore the situation. Not on. I am not impressed at all and I am not...
Read moreI loooove the centre its very calm and tranquil as the name suggests. Im just very dissapointed at the experience ive had at one of their tenants, the Techno stop phone shop next to casabella. The guy there was disgustingly rude and had no sense of talking to people at some point he said 'jy im not bangladeshi' like i said something about his nationality. I bought a powerbank the previous day that was clearly faulty and he kept interrupting me while i was explaining why im bringing back the powerbank and that i only wanted it replaced. He was extremely hostile which made me very agitated. This man stood up from behind the counter and lifted his hands at me...
