10/10 – Absolutely Incredible Experience!
I cannot recommend Casa Cerveza highly enough! I recently booked the restaurant for a 30th celebration, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely seamless. I had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine, who went above and beyond to assist with everything – she was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind and professional throughout the whole process.
The entire staff were amazing - friendly, accommodating, and full of positive energy. You can really feel that they care about creating a special experience for their guests. The venue itself is just stunning, vibrant, festive and full of good vibes. It was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. Not to mention the food was to die for! We ordered pizzas and everybody could not stop talking about how delicious they were.
If you’re thinking of planning a celebration, event, or just want to experience a space filled with warmth and magic, Casa Cerveza is the place. I’m so grateful for how much they helped me and I would 100% book there again. Thank you to...
Read more5 of us went there specifically for the tapas, service was initially slow, but the tapas were worth the wait, the wings and chicken strips were especially delicious and the portions very decent. We ordered desert and then requested the bill while waiting for it. The bill included a 10% gratuity which is unusual for a table of 5 but fine. We went inside to pay and when the waitress opened the bill, she looked furious that no tip was added. Desert came out, the ice cream looked good but the Creme Brule and the attitude that followed was enough to make forget about the tapas and make me never return. One bite into what is usually a sweet and creamy desert ended up tasting very salty. The chef had added chip salt to the top of the desert in a quantity which would spice an entire fryer full of chips. Intentional or not, the waitress, chef and manager couldn't have cared less. Salty desert,...
Read moreWe chose this restaurant because they had bunny chow on the menu although in hindsight, I’m might not be the target audience for this establishment. All the tables were arranged for maximum exposure to whatever sport was on. That’s on me. That being said, the service was friendly and efficient. We ended up ordering the pork belly because we wanted something hearty. Although delicious, my first question to the server was if it was the full portion or the tapas portion. Fortunately we also ordered the nachos. I would give the nachos 5 stars on its own for flavour and portion size. The only thing I wonder about is the price because I’ve had as delicious nachos for half the price outside Stellenbosch. Other than that I cannot fault my experience at this...
