Black Horse Accommodation — Hotel in Stellenbosch Local Municipality

One of the worst places I've ever lived in.

I had an awful experience staying at this apartment. The noise levels were unbearable—especially from the bar across the street (Casa Cervesa), which showed no consideration for tenants. Definitely do not recommend for young working professionals. The Sunday market also meant we had to move our cars from our designated parking spots, which was incredibly inconvenient. Security guards were incredibly rude to my guests, and would wake us early in the morning on the weekend to move cars, even though we parked where instructed to by another guard the previous evening. To top it off, there was a literal rat infestation on the wall by the parking lot. Incredibly expensive for such a small space. Definitely would not...

I have made a call to the property that my flight will be arriving late and that I will only be able to check in between midnight and 1am. ||||The property assured me that it wont be a problem. ||||I arrived at the accomodation with no one around to check me in, we took an uber and the uber dropped us and left, meaning we were standing on the roadside early morning hours because we could not get into the property. 55 minutes later, after screaming hello, did not work, I decided to jump the gate because it was unsafe and I found the security guard sleeping less than 20m awaybfrom the gate. ||||I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. ||He also had an attitude when we checked in.||||Overall the accomodation was good, minus the shower door that comes...

We used Black Horse for a single night's accommodation. Location is good - situated close to restaurants. ||||We stayed in Room 304. At first glance everything looked satisfying - will suit basic needs. However, the bathroom floor tiles have had better days. The fan in the room was not put together properly and we had to tighten the screws to keep the fan from falling over. The room was really hot. ||||The room only had three-point plugs, luckily we packed an adapter for our phone chargers.||||There are no full length mirrors in the cupboards. Only mirror is in the bathroom.||||There is no lift. If you have a lot of luggage to carry - book a room on the first floor.||||Black horse is a good option for basic needs and basic...
