I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I've consistently received at the Wimpy in Windmere Centre. Having visited numerous Wimpy locations across Durban, I can confidently say that this particular branch stands out for its warm, family-oriented atmosphere and welcoming nature.

The staff at Windmere Centre truly go above and beyond, greeting customers with bright smiles and providing prompt, attentive service. I've had the pleasure of getting to know them personally, and I'm constantly impressed by their dedication to excellence, even in the face of personal challenges.

Special thanks to Nosipho who is a beautiful person inside and out, Phaka, Doreen, Nobuhle and the entire team for their outstanding efforts. Your kindness, love, and commitment to making every customer feel valued and appreciated do not go unnoticed. I took my Mum and Son for breakfast at Whimpy Windermere centre yesterday morning the 16th December. Upon arrival we were seated and no temperature was taken no information written down nothing. As time went i called the manager and asked y our temp wasn't taken anyway she says they are taking it.

As a customer I'm disgusted that rules and regulations for Covid19 isn't being taken seriously. We felt very uncomfortable sitting there as nobody's temp was taken at the time coz waiters were to busy concentrating on taking food orders than safety regulations.

I'm disappointed so guys plz be aware as we were sitting there a customer sat down and said his covid19 positive and ordered had a meal etc. We told the waiter to sanitize that table but nothing so just...
