Luxe Suites Hotel — Hotel in Windermere

The perfect bed & breakfast for a quick family getaway and business. Quietly tucked away in a very secure and safe area and within close proximity of the ever famous Florida Rd. Close to all the famous, local and international food franchises. Really spoilt for choice. This bed and breakfast really deserves a visit which has been fully renovated. Our room had all the luxuries, bar fridge, flat screen TV, safe, coffee & tea and the, to die for bathroom. This bathroom had a so called gold trimming between the tiles. Was absolutely amazing. I would go further and say I would rather sleep in the bathroom. The manageress & staff was absolutely on point and made us feel right at home. They also have a 24 hour turnaround time on dry cleaning which helped us a lot to look sharp for our meetings. I also learnt that it’s the same group that owns Cato Suites. A hotel I have frequented often. I must say this Hotel group is really making their mark in Durban, KZN.

Beautiful and clean hotel, but poor customer service. Kitchen staff and lady who cleaned my room were disrespectful and not welcoming. Breakfast was cold, she was banging plates on the table, like I was forcing her to serve me. Another guest was offered juice and not me sitting right across the room.
