Madeline Grove Bed and Breakfast - NO LOADSHEDDING — Hotel in Windermere

Firstly, we booked online according to pictures provided, once there we were taken by security to several different rooms which already had guests belongings in there. Secondly, once at reception they told us one of the rooms we saw was indeed our room but there was just a change in rooms with the other guests. We were shown a room where they had a make shift bathroom (converted closet) basically in the passage and cockroaches running across the room floor. Wow! I would definitely recommend this b&b! The service was great, friendly and so helpful. Clean rooms everyday. The pool area and „garden“ is beautiful. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely experience. Great location as well. Very close to Florida road, shops, restaurants etc. For our experience we felt very safe. Will definitely come back one day.
