Just flew down from Johannesburg come to Pedro's and the staff and managers service is pathetic they doors are open it's just past 9 we placed our whole order after having many disagreement about many stuff they can't make due to not having it the cashier Ntombi takes the whole order done then I tell her it's sit down she's says no we closed u can't sit down whereas she should of said it immediately before I ordered I then asked for takeaway plates she says no it's for sit down customers only I then ask her what is really the issue because I can't sit here I can't get what I want to order and now after I've ordered only by the options given I can't even get takeaways box or plates to have my meal in she then called the manager who had just as much of attitude as she did and couldn't care less about me putting a review up or assisting in resolving the issue she decides she will tell us that she has transport issues and that's why certain things can't be prepared and customers can't sit down to eat ...this place is disgusting this is my first review but 2nd time to get this kuck service here .never will I come back...

She instead sent her cashier to the front pretending to be the Manageress before the real Manageress showed her face! The so called Boss Mr Naeem Amod refused to replace it saying it was already eaten off yet it was just one bite and he also said that its their company policy not to replace it if u tasted it..now here's a thing... how on earth is it possible to know there's something wrong with it without tasting it? Must I now go to Pedro's and start smelling every order I make... it was my birthday and I was told of how wonderful Pedros chicken tasted. Actually I was told it tasted better than Nandos...my foot! Read moreI ordered Pedros via the Mr D app. I received my order on time but my order was incorrect. I had to call the store and according to them, the driver mixed up the order, yet the correct order was written on the bag but the incorrect order was put into it. That is not the drivers fault. It took another 20 minutes for my order to come. I missed my entire lunch break as i ordered at 12:02 on Mr D and my correct order came at 13:28 through the store. Upon getting my correct order, I was told that the store will contact me as I expect them to compensate me for my time, missed meal and my wasted airtime. I am still waiting for that call. Furthermore, my meal was cold (it felt as if the meal that was left behind initially was given to me) and the jalapeño burger had 2 jalapeños in it. It tasted like the normal burger.
