It's a nice quaint restaurant with unlimited vegetables and great service. They were very patient with us even though we had no idea what we were doing and helped us choose our protein accordingly. Not only that, they sat us and we're very patient and allowed us to order just three servings for two adults one baby and two young kids. There's a great flavor profile for the soup which is clean. At the end of the meal you get to make your soup broth into porridge or add Japanese udon noodles. What's really unique about this place is that most other places will use a hot pot but they actually have a bamboo bowl with paper that they use to boil the soup base.
