We’ve tried 2 different grilled clam restaurants in Cheongsapo area and this place gave us the most authentic vibes and the meal was more pleasurable. A couple of reasons : the place is really breezy, it is situated away from the sun so we really enjoyed the summer meal with the windows open, and sea breeze blowing in and removing the heat from the hot grill. We were also lucky to see Haenyeo women divers right outside the shop diving for fresh seafood. The staff were incredibly helpful, teaching us how to grill our food to perfection while highlighting the tradition of Korean seafood recipes. We appreciated that they don’t require you to order one platter per person, and the prices are quite reasonable.

Read moreWe had an amazing dining experience at this seaside restaurant in Busan. We ordered the seafood platter and shellfish platter, and the food was exceptionally fresh. We even tried moving octopus for the first time and a silkworm side dish that tasted surprisingly like peanuts.
The lady boss was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to teach us how to grill the food perfectly. Her hospitality definitely deserves a 100% rating. Unlike other places, they don't force you to order one platter per person, which we appreciated. The prices were reasonable compared to other shops in the area.
