합천돼지국밥 — Restaurant in Busan

This Korean restaurant is an absolute gem, serving the best traditional Busan pork soup I’ve ever tasted.

The broth is incredibly rich, deeply savory, and layered with flavors that unfold beautifully with every sip. You can tell it’s been simmered at length and to perfection, drawing out every ounce of depth from the pork and it's seasonings. Each bite feels like a warm embrace, hearty yet refined. Best on a cold day, but during the summer, this place has the AC strength needed to keep you cool as you indulge!

Honestly, it’s hands down the best pork dish I’ve had in my entire life, nothing comes close. If you love authentic Korean flavors, this place is a must-visit! You’ll leave craving it again instantly.

It's my third and last day in town, and my third visit! Finally, don't forget to grab a small cup of complimentary coffee from the vending machine on your way out!
