Ordering was simple but just let one of the staff know when you are ready. Most of the staff knows little to no english. There was no wait when I came here.
The banchans are refillable and there's a station to do that. I got a meal set that had a combo of bossam (boiled pork belly) and sundae (blood sausage). Read moreThis was recommended by a friend who is a Busan native and we enjoyed it! The soup has a deep flavor but bland. I think most Korean soup restaurants serve it this way so customers can "customize" the flavor of the soup to their preference. There's shrimp paste, salt, pepper, gochujang (chili paste), gochugaru (chili flakes) but please add in moderation. Better yet, taste the seasoning first before adding it to your soup. Mine came out good.
We also enjoyed their steamed pork. It was tasty but surprisingly not greasy even when the fat was thick. Gotta love...
Read moreSome friends of mine reminded me of trying pork when traveling in Busan. That’s why I noticed this Korean pork restaurant when I tried to have dinner on Haeundae’s main strip. My wife and I just followed the waitress’ suggestion and ordered pork belly plate and boiled pork soup. They were both very tasty. We were really happy with the foods and the services.
