It's a Japanese fusion restaurant, always packed with people. There're so many dishes to choose from so be prepared. Hamburger steak is particularly delicious, it is with mashed potatoes, salad, and rice with fried eggs. It's not that salty and the sauce is amazing I definitely recommend it. The charcoal grilled meat(half spicey) is also delicious. It comes with sliced cabbages which was a beautiful combination! The grilled meat itself is a bit salty, so having it with cabbages was great. The rest of the menu I had included beef noodles and salmon, fried pork..etc. Noodles was great, and salmon was tasty too. 부산/대구 등 경상도 지역에서 시작된 패밀리 레스토랑 스타일의 음식점들이 꽤 많은데, 그 가운데서도 최근 가장 잘 나가는 프렌차이즈가 바로 토끼정이 아닐까합니다. 대구 신세계 백화점에 갈 때마다 한 끼는 먹게 되는데, 언제나 옆의 '살바토레 쿠오모'나 '와라쿠 샤샤'보다 긴 대기가 있을 정도로 인기는 좋습니다. 양식에 가까운 다른 패밀리 레스토랑들과는 다르게, '토끼정'이라는 이름처럼, 일본식 가정식을 표방하는 점이 매력 포인트라고 생각됩니다. 다만 대부분의 대표 메뉴가 1.5인분일 정도로, 조금 부족한 듯한 양의 일본식과는 다른 점이 또 다른 인기 이유겠네요. 양이 조금 많은 만큼 가격대는 좀 높은 편입니다. 우수죽순처럼 생겨났다가 인기가 많이 줄어든 패밀리 레스토랑들 보다는 디테일면에서 한 단계 나은 느낌이기는 합니다. 튀김 등의 디테일은 괜찮지만, 가까운 일식집에서도 어렵지 않게 만날 수 있는 수준이고, 카레의 경우에는 마트에서 구할 수 있는 일본산 카레 제품을 집에서 요리한 딱 그맛이네요. 호기심에 한 번 가보았지만,...
