Sweet India — Restaurant in Gunsan-si

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this so-called "premium" Indian restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, I was met with extremely rude behavior from the owner. I’ve traveled extensively and never encountered such poor hospitality—she was more dismissive and insulting than a street vendor.

In India, we hold the belief that "the customer is God," and it’s expected that a restaurant, especially one claiming to be premium, should prioritize service. Sadly, this place fell far short. The prices were ridiculously inflated, double the cost of other Indian restaurants, but the quality of food was appalling.

I ordered Palak Paneer, but there was no paneer to be found. Similarly, the Chicken Tikka Masala had no chicken pieces in it at all. The food was bland and unappetizing, and the lack of care in preparing it was obvious.

Overall, this restaurant was overpriced, lacked basic hospitality, and served food that didn’t meet even the most basic standards. I would strongly advise against visiting—there are far better options in Korea for both food...

The set menu came out with 3 curry + tandoori chicken + rice 19,000 won. The service was bad and although we didn't order tandoor, they kept bringing and charge us. Also the tandoori in the set was charged 3000 won. If that's not included in set then why should you serve. We could have ordered if needed. And the menu is deceiving, so I suggest you to order carefully, after fully understanding the menu what is included and what not. Don't taking anything thinking as service at last they will charge you, before taking conform that it really is...

One of our friends reccomened this place and it was pretty good! The menu was large enough so our group could all get something we wanted. The nan was pretty good and while some dishes had a little bit of spice to them, it was an enjoyable experience. It was also very cheap to eat here.

We had a hard time communicating to the staff in English, and they didn't bring a tea that one of us ordered as a result.
