It says open at 12, bit before 12 there were already quite a number of people gathering outside the shop. One they were there to queue in advance though the shop hasn't opened, the lady boss is already taking orders. The other was that the customers were all fascinated by the way the buns were made and looking at the skills of the male boss. Though he couldn't speak English, he kept telling us to move closer to look at the interior when he opened the lid and made us smell the fragrance of the buns. I was like the 3rd in queue and already placed my order so basically was just standing around and waiting for the buns to be ready for collection. The meat is juicy, soft and tender and the filling is quite generous. It's best eaten hot but be careful of the hot juice as well. Next had the sweet potato and would say it was very good too. The filling was also generous almost the entire bun was filled with sweet potato and tasted so good when the bun was hot and crispy. 2 was definitely enough to be very filling and good to try both savoury and sweet at one go. A definite gem in Incheon not to be missed and it's...
