Dinner only place for BBQ black pork, where the owner cooks everything at your table for you and shows you how to combine side dishes to eat the different cuts! She makes everything herself (all the delicious side dishes/kimchi) and goes to the market every day before the restaurant opens to buy fresh ingredients. The Kakaomaps listing mentions the hours are 3pm-11pm but when we arrived at 3pm the restaurant wasn’t open yet (we went to a cafe nearby and they told us she’s probably still at the market and called her for us!) so I think locals usually call ahead to make a dinner reservation. A dona é que prepara tudo, tempera, cozinha na nossa mesa e explica como comer e com que acompanhamentos. Os grelhados de porco preto são quantidades bastante grandes para cada pessoa.
