GoBrew — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

Travelling Korea with a gluten-free friend is a constant hunt for food that's not just K-bbq or sashimi. Tired of the repetitive diet, we searched both online and offline rigorously until we finally came across Gobrew. And I have to say that this place delivered the best GF experience hands down, even compared to fancy restaurants in Seoul. They checked every ingredient from nacho chips to taco sauce to make sure they're GF, happily replaced some of them with alternative ingredients free of charge, and double-checked with me(not GF) when I ordered a dish with flour in it. Even though the majority of Koreans is unfamiliar with Celiac's disease and gluten-free diet, Gobrew handled our curve-ball in the most friendly and professional manner I encountered in Korea or even in USA. We loved this place! It’s definitely a must-visit, a true gem. The food is authentic Mexican, the flavors are identical to what you’d find in Latinoamérica it really feels like being there! They serves quesadillas, tacos, and fajitas to share, which we thought was an excellent option. The fajitas come with three meats (chicken, beef, and shrimp), but since we’re allergic, he kindly replaced the shrimp with more chicken. It came with tortillas and a little pan over a flame to keep everything warm, such a nice touch. Absolutely delicious! The beer is also brewed by him right there on site ,so tasty, with lager, IPA, and pale ale to choose from. The food was incredible! We took the fajitas menu with chicken, beef and prawns. It was honestly delicious and enough for two people. And the beer was even better. My wife and I love beer from IPA to Belgian triple… this place offered really different tasty beer than we’re used to. We were so surprised that we tried to look if they were shipping abroad haha.
