Really tasty Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup. Taste was smooth, light, yet there’s a level of richness in the cooking.
The meat is definitely edible and nice and the rice in the chicken was very sweet and tasty!
A complimentary bottle of Ginseng wine was served which made the cold day heart warming.
Lovely place.
Don’t expect the usual super tender ( meat falling off bones) type of chicken as this shop doesn’t cook their chicken to that level of doneness.
But it’s still really nice and I actually prefer this type than those which even the chicken bones are cooked till super soft!
